What this site is

It's a way to see the work M.Thorne Carpentry does, read what past customers have said, and get in touch about your own job by phone or through the enquiry form. It is not a booking system and it does not take payment.

What it doesn't promise

Nothing on this site is a quote. Every job is priced on its own, and the price, the dates and what is included are agreed with you before any work starts. Photographs of finished work are from jobs M.Thorne Carpentry has carried out; they show the standard of the work, not a promise about your own job.

Sending an enquiry

The enquiry form asks for enough to get back to you sensibly. Sending it doesn't commit you to anything, and it doesn't commit M.Thorne Carpentry to a price or a date until you've spoken. See the privacy policy for what happens to what you send.

Content and copyright

The text, photographs and design on this site belong to M.Thorne Carpentry or are used with permission, and shouldn't be copied or reused elsewhere without asking first.

Liability

This site is provided as it is. Reasonable care is taken to keep it accurate and working, but nothing on it removes your normal rights as a consumer, and links to other websites are not under M.Thorne Carpentry's control.
